Mr. Bennett is the founder of Warren Allen LLP's landlords' rights practices. Now Of Counsel (semi-retired), he specialized in landlord/tenant law for over three decades, represented the region's premier management companies and owners, and was a frequent lecturer at regional landlord/tenant seminars.

Warner Allen is the co-founder of Warren Allen LLP (along with his original partner, Carlton Warren). Now Of Counsel (semi-retired), Mr. Allen still specializes in condominium development, business law, real estate and land use matters. He further assists clients with estate planning and probate matters.

Mr. Tackett-Nelson is the head of Warren Allen LLP's land use law department and an integral part of the landlords' rights team. He also assists clients with contract and tort claims, real estate disputes and a variety of other civil matters.

Ms. Hennessey specializes in personal injury, family law, and civil litigation. Further, Ms. Hennessey lectures about small business strategies and assists local businesses with entity formations, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution.

Ty Taylor specializes in condominium development, real estate matters and contract disputes. He also assists clients with estate planning and other matters, and has an LLM in taxation.

Geoffrey Korol has represented Oregon landlords in numerous trials and handles much of the firm's landlord/tenant appellate work. Prior to joining Warren Allen LLP, Mr. Korol worked for multiple state and federal judges, had a strong family background in property management, and graduated from the Defense Language Institute’s Korean program. Mr. Korol is also a veteran of the United States Navy.

Leticia (“Tish”) Maskell is a member of Warren Allen’s landlords’ rights team. She received her B.A. from the University of Oregon and graduated cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School. Prior to joining Warren Allen LLP, Ms. Maskell assisted the Northwest Alaska Association Regional Corporation with land-use and regulatory compliance and represented businesses in contract and civil litigation matters.

Nicole Lemieux assists clients in a range of personal injury matters and advocates for survivors who have suffered due to institutional abuse or neglect. She received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Willamette University College of Law and attended Oregon State University for her Bachelor of Science degree.

Jonathan Riffey graduated Cum
Laude from Gonzaga University School of Law after procuring a Bachelor of Arts from Pacific University. Prior to joining Warren Allen, Mr. Riffey represented manufactured home parks, subsidized housing providers, and market-rate landlords throughout Central and Eastern Washington.

Melissa Graveson procured her Juris Doctorate from Willamette University College of Law after procuring a Bachelor of Arts in both political science and history from Dominican University. Ms. Graveson has a background in estate administration and clerked in Clackamas County Circuit Court, prior to joining Warren Allen.

William Benoit earned his Juris Doctorate at Penn State after completing interdisciplinary studies at Arizona State University. A member of the personal injury team, Mr. Benoit assists clients in a range of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, and other negligence-based claims.

Kevin Vaillancourt obtained his B.A. in history from the University of California, Berkeley, and his J.D. from the Willamette University College of Law. Prior to joining Warren Allen, Mr. Vaillancourt represented landlords throughout Oregon and served at embassies abroad as a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State.

Beau Phenicie graduated Cum Laude from Colorado Mesa University before procuring his Juris Doctorate from Lewis & Clark Law School. Mr. Phenicie’s practice focuses on real estate law, business law, creditor’s rights in bankruptcy, and general civil litigation matters.

Daniel Eisweirth earned both BA and MBA degrees from the University of New Mexico before earning his J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School. Prior to joining Warren Allen, Mr. Eisweirth worked at a Small Business Legal Clinic, the Small Business Administration, and as a Judicial Clerk. He is also an avid hiker and holds a black belt in karate.

Craig Wagner graduated cum laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota after procuring a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Prior to joining Warren Allen, Mr. Wagner represented subsidized housing providers, market-rate landlords, and manufactured home parks throughout Central and Eastern Washington and North Central Idaho.

Alex Corn obtained his B.A. in physics from Northwest Nazarene University and his J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School. While in law school, Mr. Corn worked full time, assisted entrepreneurs through the Small Business Legal Clinic, and still pursued his passions for cycling. hiking, backpacking, art, and live music. Mr. Corn has also built careers in the fintech and agricultural & life sciences industries.

Thomas Hanacek received his Bachelor of Arts from Northwest Nazarene University followed by his Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi. Mr. Hanacek represents clients in personal injury, medical malpractice, and general civil litigation matters. Outside of work, Mr. Hanacek enjoys golf, the outdoors, traveling, and time with family and his puppy, Oliver.
